Studio Policies and Prices

 

  • Instead of making a monthly payment I collect payment for all 12 lessons at the start of our session.
  • I will send you a personal message before this Tuesday's lesson with your payment amount due.
  • Each student can make-up up to two lessons this fall session. 
  • Any missed lessons beyond that will not be reimbursed or made-up unless we have some extraneous circumstances.
  • In addition to payment for the 12 lessons there is a up to $36 materials fee. This fee covers the cost of the students' Home Journal, technique Songbook, and mp3 (see pictures of these books attached). I will include the amount you owe for materials in the message I send before their first lesson (as this can vary per student).
  • We will have a studio recital on November 18th at 7:00 pm, please let me know if you have any potential conflicts

Holiday Break until 1/10/23 and Studio Update

  Dear Voice Student,  That's a wrap! You did it!! 10 lessons, 2 master classes, and 1 performance. You have been amazing! Thank you for your time and talents. It was such a delight and a  joy to work with you. Thank you for your willingness to share your voice and your heart with all of us.  There will be no more regularly scheduled lesson until Jan 10th. NEW Studio Accompanist Fall 2022

  LORI HERMANSON BM in Piano Performance from the University of Denver’s Lamont School of Music. I have been a working professional pianist in the Rocky Mountain region for more than 35 years. I worked as a rehearsal pianist/coach-accompanist and musical assistant for Opera Colorado for 25 years, where I honed my skills in collaborative piano, conducting and rehearsal techniques. I have also performed with Central City Opera and in numerous schools, theatre productions and musicals. I collaborate with both singers and instrumentalists for recitals, recording sessions, auditions and competitions. I also work with local choral groups and instrumental ensembles on a regular basis. My work as a vocal coach includes style and lyric diction work in English, French, Italian and German.
